- Fix log cross-contamination by introducing per-invocation LogBuffers
  (bugboard #108)
- Enforce a 100ms minimum for CronPollInterval to prevent scheduler
  starvation (bugboard #109)
- Add comprehensive validation tests for cron interval constraints
