anonpenguin23 b7720aaa3c release: 0.122.78
- fix(serverless,ipfs): durable function-WASM pinning (bugboard #137).
  Verify the cluster pin actually converged to "pinned" on every peer
  before a deploy is considered successful (hard-fail otherwise); honest
  PinStatus aggregation (drops the optimistic "pinned" default that hid
  unconverged pins); cold-read peer recovery via re-pin-and-refetch;
  best-effort pin verification on storage uploads.
- fix(gateway,auth): push identity fragmentation (bugboard #143). The
  auth-claims-provider now retries transient/cold-WASM failures instead
  of failing open on the first stall, and login mint reuses the
  last-known-good account_id from the stored refresh token when the
  provider returns empty — so a second device keys on the stable account
  id instead of its wallet and push fan-out reaches every device.
